On climate change science (alphabetical):

  • Climate Debate Daily (a clearinghouse for essays and research supporting the idea that global warming poses a clear threat to humanity, that it is largely caused by human activity, and that solutions to the problems of climate change lie within human reach; AND essays and research challenging the view that the world warming that began around 1880 is caused by human activity, that it poses a serious threat, or that the vagaries of earth’s climate are within human control)
  • Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change ("established by the United Nations to provide the decision-makers and others interested in climate change with an objective source of information about climate change")

On climate change and faith (alphabetical):

  • A Rocha ("A Christian nature conservation organisation, our name coming from the Portuguese for “the Rock,” as the first initiative was a field study centre in Portugal. A Rocha projects are frequently cross-cultural in character, and share a community emphasis, with a focus on science and research, practical conservation and environmental education")
  • Australian Religious Response to Climate Change (ARRCC) ("A multifaith network committed to taking action on climate change")
  • Christian Ecology Link ("Working for a greener church.  CEL helps members to understand and relate these responsibilities to their faith. Members can then encourage others in their local church to think seriously about these issues")
  • The Climate Project ("The Climate Project comprises 2,500 dedicated volunteers from throughout the United States, Australia, Canada, India, Spain, and the UK, all personally trained by Al Gore to educate the public about climate change, including 134 presenters on climate change and faith")
  • Eco-Justice Ministries ("an independent, ecumenical agency that helps churches answer the call to care for all of God’s creation, and develop ministries that are faithful, relevant and effective in working toward social justice and environmental sustainability")
  • Evangelical Environmental Network ("a non-profit organization that seeks to educate, inspire, and mobilize Christians in their effort to care for God’s creation, to be faithful stewards of God’s provision, and to advocate for actions and policies that honor God and protect the environment")
  • GreenFaith ("Interfaith partners in action for the Earth")
  • The Regeneration Project ("We are an interfaith ministry devoted to deepening the connection between ecology and faith. Our goal is to help people of faith recognize and fulfill their responsibility for the stewardship of creation")
